Katie E. Merkel

An associate with Henschel Moberg Goff, Katie Merkel practices exclusively in the area of family law. Katie is experienced in issues related to marriage dissolution, custody, parenting time, child support, spousal maintenance, and complex financial issues including business valuations, non-marital tracing and the division of large marital estates. Having served as a law clerk in Hennepin County Family Court, Katie has an understanding of the unique dynamics of family law. As a clerk, she gained significant practical experience in dealing with a variety of family law issues. 

Katie is a tenacious and zealous advocate, committed to thoughtful and thorough representation.
