Amy Yanik
Amy Yanik is a partner with Henschel Moberg, P.A.. Amy has devoted her entire practice exclusively to family law since 2000. Amy brings extensive experience to her clients in a wide variety of family law matters, including experience with dissolutions, child custody and parenting time, child support, spousal maintenance, complex marital estates, non-marital property tracing, harassment restraining orders and orders for protection, and appeals.
Amy is compassionate about helping her clients through any family law matters they may experience and enjoys thoughtfully preparing for mediation, and if necessary, the courtroom.
