Andrea Derby Workman
As a partner at Henschel Moberg, P.A., Andrea Derby Workman focuses her practice solely on family law. Through her diverse experience, including serving as a law clerk for the Hennepin County District Court’s Family Court division, Andrea provides high-quality counsel and effective representation to her clients in all areas of divorce, including child custody, support and parenting time, complex financial matters including non-marital tracing, business valuations, and property division, spousal maintenance and paternity issues.
An innovative strategist, Andrea successfully negotiates and litigates cases with a keen eye toward achieving her clients’ unique goals. Her determined advocacy is balanced by a thorough and thoughtful approach.
