Joani C. Moberg

A founding partner with Henschel Moberg, Joani Moberg balances her deep legal knowledge with a practical approach to problem-solving. Recognized as a Super Lawyer in the Super Lawyers Publication and selected for inclusion in the 21st Edition of Best Lawyers in America for family law, she works diligently to empower clients with information, help families navigate through challenging situations, and find creative settlement-based solutions. She also has extensive courtroom experience, and when necessary is a zealous advocate. She has broad experience in dissolutions, child custody, complex financial matters, antenuptial agreements, paternity, appeals, child support, and spousal maintenance matters, and she is a qualified mediator under Rule 114.

Joani is known for her compassionate and reassuring approach with clients and her reasonable but formidable approach in negotiations and in the courtroom. She has earned the respect of both attorneys and judges alike.
