Susan A. Daudelin

Susan A. Daudelin is an attorney at Henschel Moberg, P.A. Having devoted her practice exclusively to family law since 1998, Susan has handled cases in courts throughout Minnesota involving disputes about prenuptial agreements, spousal maintenance, child support, custody and parenting time, division of marital assets, paternity, and post-divorce matters. Susan strives to assist her clients in getting through family court proceedings with dignity and compassion, and to represent their interests with the assurance of an experienced advocate.

Susan has also developed a solid reputation in Minnesota as a skilled appellate practitioner. She has presented dozens of cases to the Minnesota Court of Appeals, researching, briefing, and arguing virtually every appealable issue arising out of family court proceedings. She successfully argued her first case at the Minnesota Supreme Court in her second year in practice. Her clients benefit from her years of experience in Minnesota appellate courts, as Susan provides knowledgeable, straightforward advice about avenues for succeeding in the appellate process.
