Amy M. Yanik is a partner with Henschel Moberg, P.A. Since 2000, Amy has devoted her legal practice exclusively to family law. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and has been selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America and Super Lawyers. Amy’s client’s benefit from her extensive experience, keen intellect and compassionate approach to in solving the challenges they encounter.  Her broad experience includes dissolutions, child custody and parenting time, child support, spousal maintenance, complex marital estates, non-marital property tracing, harassment restraining orders and orders for protection.

Amy is compassionate about helping her clients through any family law matters they may experience and enjoys thoughtfully and thoroughly preparing for mediation, and when necessary, the courtroom.
