Marilyn Hoffies

With over 30 years of family law paralegal experience, Marilyn is an invaluable member of our team.  She has extensive experience in complex property division, spousal maintenance, child custody and child support and  helps develop and manage cases by being involved in case analysis, making her an important liaison between the client and the attorney. Marilyn has earned a reputation as a knowledgeable resource for both clients and attorneys and serves as an important link among clients, attorneys, court personnel, experts, and opposing counsel.

By assisting clients in preparing marital standard of living budgets, assets and liabilities summary, answers and responses to discovery, and nonmarital tracing, Marilyn focuses on providing timely, efficient, cost-effective services. In addition, she assists the attorneys in compiling and analyzing documentation, coordinating and hiring experts, drafting pleadings and correspondence, conducting legal research, managing documents, witness and exhibit preparation, and preparing for and attending trial.
