Susan A. Daudelin

Susan Daudelin is Of Counsel at Henschel Moberg, P.A. Having devoted her practice exclusively to family law since 1998, Susan has practiced in all areas of family law, including complex divorce, spousal maintenance, contested custody and parenting time issues, valuation and division of property, paternity and child support issues, prenuptial agreements, and post-divorce matters. Susan now supports the attorneys at Henschel Moberg by researching and writing about complex family law issues.

Susan has developed a solid reputation in Minnesota as a skilled appellate practitioner. She has presented dozens of cases to the Minnesota Court of Appeals, researching, briefing, and arguing virtually every appealable issue arising out of family court proceedings. She successfully argued her first case at the Minnesota Supreme Court in her second year in practice. Henschel Moberg’s clients benefit from Susan’s years of experience in Minnesota appellate courts, as Susan provides knowledgeable, straightforward advice about avenues for succeeding in the appellate process.

Susan is a member of the Family Law and Appellate Practice Sections of the Minnesota State Bar Association, and she has co-chaired the Family Law Section of the Hennepin County Bar Association. Susan presents case law updates at the Minnesota State Bar Association’s annual Family Law Institute. Susan has named to the list of SuperLawyers® in Minnesota since 2014, and has been listed in Best Lawyers in America since 2023.
