Cathy Peterson

Cathy joined Henschel Moberg in 2021. She has over 40 years of paralegal experience, focusing exclusively on family law and tax for the past 25 years. Her work in family law is enhanced by prior experience in tax, estate planning and real estate and clients especially benefit from her being an IRS Enrolled Agent, licensed to practice before the IRS. Cathy’s tax knowledge is an immeasurable benefit in her work on family law cases. 

Cathy assists in complex cases including drafting pleadings, preparing property schedules, cash flow reports and nonmarital tracing schedules. She works closely with our clients to help them understand the difficult issues they are facing in their family law matters.

Cathy was previously the Treasurer of the Minnesota Organization on Fetal Alcohol Syndrome. Cathy received her paralegal certification from the University of Minnesota.
